Partner Terms & Directory Guidelines

1. Scope & Business Eligibility

These Partner Terms govern the registration, onboarding, listing display, and promotion of travel service providers—including boutique hotels, homestays, licensed tour guides, transport operators, and experiential travel businesses (“Partners”) on Gova AI (https://govaai.xyz).

To register as a partner, you must be a legally operating business entity, proprietor, or licensed individual authorized to conduct tourism or hospitality services in your designated jurisdiction.

2. Accurate Information & Owner Authorization

• Authority to Represent: You certify that you are the lawful owner, authorized director, or appointed marketing representative of the business being listed.
• Factual Representations: All submitted details—including physical location, room amenities, guide license numbers, languages spoken, vehicle permits, and pricing estimates—must be accurate, current, and non-deceptive.
• Updates: You agree to update contact information, phone numbers, and operational status promptly to avoid misleading travelers.

3. Directory Tiers & Placement Disclosures

Gova AI offers three listing tiers to accommodate businesses of varying sizes:

• Standard Partner (Free): Basic directory profile, catalog search indexing, and direct traveler WhatsApp inquiries subject to administrative review and approval.
• Promoted Partner (₹1,499 / $18 monthly): Highlighted top-of-destination card placement, elevated ranking in destination discovery queries, and visual promotional tags.
• Verified Partner (₹4,999 / $59 monthly): Verified Trust Badge display, top-priority destination guide placement, and curated package showcase on related itinerary landing pages.

Promoted Placement Disclosure: Paid promotional placement is clearly demarcated with visual badges (“Promoted” or “Verified Partner”) so that travelers understand sponsored positioning.

4. Meaning and Limits of Verification Badges

The “Verified Partner” badge indicates that the business has completed our administrative review checklist (verifying active phone/email channels, submitted business licenses or identity documentation, and confirmed physical address).

Notice to Partners and Travelers: The verification badge signifies identity and contact authentication. It does NOT constitute an endorsement, safety guarantee, hygiene certification, or legal liability assumption by Gova AI for the partner's physical operations.

5. Direct Customer Communication & Commission Policy

• 0% Booking Commission: Gova AI does not charge transaction commissions or booking cuts on direct customer communications. All rates agreed between travelers and partners remain 100% the partner's revenue.
• Direct Relationship: Inquiries submitted through our forms or WhatsApp links initiate direct communication between traveler and partner. Gova AI is not an escrow agent, intermediary, or contracting party in the commercial agreement.
• Payment Handling: Partners are responsible for issuing lawful tax invoices, collecting statutory GST/VAT, and processing customer payments directly through their own merchant facilities.

6. Prohibited and Unlawful Listings

We strictly prohibit listings that involve or promote:

• Unlicensed or dangerous adventure activities lacking required local safety permits.
• Exploitation of wildlife or environmentally sensitive protected areas.
• Misrepresentation of property location, stock photography stolen from competitors, or fake traveler reviews.
• Banned narcotics, illegal nightlife, or unpermitted homestays operating in violation of municipal zoning laws.
• Bait-and-switch pricing or extortionate cancellation practices targeting vulnerable travelers.

7. Listing Moderation, Rejection & Suspension

Gova AI reserves the unilateral right to approve, reject, flag, suspend, or permanently remove any listing:

• If multiple traveler complaints regarding harassment, fraud, or safety violations are verified.
• If business contact details (phone, email) become disconnected or unmonitored.
• If promotional tier subscription payments lapse or fail after retry.
• For any conduct deemed detrimental to platform integrity or traveler welfare.

8. Content License for Uploaded Photography & Logos

By uploading photographs, business logos, package descriptions, or promotional media:

• You warrant that you own the copyright or hold valid commercial licenses for all submitted media.
• You grant Gova AI a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, crop, format, and syndicate those assets across our destination guides and social discovery channels to promote your business.
• You agree to indemnify Gova AI against any third-party copyright infringement claims resulting from media you uploaded.

9. Partner Data Handling & Traveler Leads

When travelers submit an inquiry or package booking request for your services, Gova AI relays their name, email, phone number, and requested dates to your verified contact email.

Data Protection Obligation: You agree to use traveler lead details strictly for answering the specific inquiry. You must NOT add travelers to unsolicited spam distribution lists, sell traveler contacts to third parties, or mishandle their contact data under applicable privacy laws.

10. Cancellation & Partner Support

Partners on paid tiers can cancel renewal anytime from their Partner Dashboard. Your promoted or verified badge remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. To permanently remove your directory listing, email:
