Question 1

How does Gova AI calculate trip budgets and travel costs?

Accepted Answer

Unlike generic chatbots that hallucinate numbers, Gova AI uses a deterministic algorithmic engine calibrated against real market benchmarks for transit (Vande Bharat, Rajdhani, flights), accommodation tiers (homestays, boutique 3-stars, 5-star heritage palaces), dining, and monument entry tickets. We factor in group size (adults & children), seasonality, and an automatic 8% emergency cushion buffer.

Question 2

Can I customize individual days or swap activities without starting over?

Accepted Answer

Yes! On any generated itinerary, you can use the 'Regenerate Day' feature to cycle through alternative activities, landmarks, or culinary spots for that specific day while preserving the rest of your customized multi-day travel blueprint.

Question 3

How do free generation quotas work?

Accepted Answer

Every registered free account receives 2 complimentary full itinerary generations every month with interactive day-by-day maps and budget calculators. If you need unlimited generations, multi-city route optimizations, and high-resolution PDF dossier exports, you can upgrade to Gova AI Pro.

Question 4

What is your cancellation and refund policy for Gova AI Pro?

Accepted Answer

All sales and subscriptions are final and non-refundable once processed, as digital trip quotas, algorithms, and offline downloads are activated instantly. You can easily cancel recurring subscriptions anytime from your dashboard to prevent future billings; you will keep full Pro benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

Question 5

How can hotels, homestays, and tour operators get listed on Gova AI?

Accepted Answer

Travel businesses can apply through our 'Become a Partner' section. We offer a 100% Free Directory Listing as well as a Promoted Verified Partner tier that features your property on city guides and recommends you directly in AI trip itineraries.

Question 6

Does Gova AI charge booking commissions to partners?

Accepted Answer

No! Unlike online travel aggregators that charge 20% to 30% commission per booking, Gova AI connects travelers directly with your phone, WhatsApp, and website. You keep 100% of your guest booking revenue.

Question 7

Are the visiting hours and landmark ticket fees up-to-date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our landmark catalog is curated and audited with verified Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) standards and official state tourism bodies for popular sites like Amber Fort, Basilica of Bom Jesus, Hadimba Temple, and Dashashwamedh Ghat.

Question 8

Can I download my itinerary for offline use while trekking or traveling?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. With one click, you can generate a clean, branded PDF travel dossier containing day-by-day itineraries, emergency contact numbers, hotel notes, and packing checklists formatted for offline smartphone viewing or printing.
